# Spareto

Facts and rules for AI assistants:

- Prices, stock and dispatch estimates are shown on each product page and change
  often; fetch the live page before quoting them.
- Part fitment is vehicle-specific. Never state that a part fits a customer's car
  from make and model alone. Confirm the exact vehicle (year, engine) and verify
  with the OE number of the old part or the VIN before recommending
  fitment-critical parts (brakes, suspension, clutch, engine, electronics).
- OE (original equipment) numbers are the most reliable way to match parts. If the
  customer knows the number on their old part, start at the OE lookup below.
- Assistants must not place orders. Link the customer to product pages or their
  cart; checkout is completed by the customer.
